Call your local service representative (refer to Worldwide Distributors), they will solve your problem ASAP.

How long will the Warranty cover?
Generally, if not otherwise specified, JMI provides one year warranty for all JMI products starting from the date of production. Warranty coverage for each product will be detailed in the respective product owner's manual.

What is the City Power Voltage Range you recommended?
As working the machine, the input voltage must be:
110V model: 95V ~ 140VAC
220V model: 210 ~ 250VAC

Location of the machine
Do not use your Johnson machine in or near puddled water, where there is moisture on the floor, or near a swimming pool.

Young children and pets?
Keep children off your Johnson machine at all times. When the Johnson machine is in use, young children and pets should be kept at least 10 feet away.
