I like to combine my strength training with my cardio workouts and do active rest workouts (3 minutes of cardio and then 3 minutes of strength, repeat). My preferred pieces of cardio are an incline trainer (A50XIR) and a spin bike.
When the weather permits, I am out on my cycle riding the roads. I try to do at least one century ride (100 miles)every summer. Yoga, stretching and massage are also an important component of my fitness/wellness life.
