Rode the Matrix Virtual Training Cycle for the first time today at the Mechanicsville VA Planet Fitness. I had a great workout. I chose the target training module. Initially wanted to do the BPM tracking option but I didn't have a monitor and this bike didn't track it with the hand sensor. So I chose the track watts option instead. I alternated between sitting and standing and, even though there was no handlebar adjustment, I felt comfortable in both positions because of all the various hand positions available and because of how solid and stable the bike felt while standing. I even got into the music and was rocking but the bike didn't wobble at all. At the end the bike displayed my peak and avg watts, distance, time and speed, among other stats. The experience was such a step up from the normal stationary bikes I typically ride at the gym and I do believe it was slightly better than the peloton I was able to ride a couple weeks ago in a hotel gym.
