That tells me future members will expect connected equipment, workout data, and personal feedback to be part of the gym experience.

Another important commercial gym trend is wellness and recovery. Around 42% of U.S. consumers use recovery or wellness services every month. Spaces for stretching, recovery, or mind-body workouts are moving from “nice extras” to must-haves in today’s gyms.
