I purchased an Inspire Fitness T4S treadmill. The store manager, Barry Fig, recommended this product to me having ascertained how I intended to use the treadmill and my budget for this product. It is the perfect match for my needs. He also recommended the optimal sized cardio mat for use with this treadmill. I was very satisfied with the delivery and product installation service which also included the removal of my old treadmill. The store manager also provided good advice in regard to a software update issue I encountered while configuring the treadmill for my needs.

I couple months ago I was finally ready to pull the trigger on a force usa FTR, the only rack that would work in my space. To my dismay the manufacturer had no stock and said it wouldn't be back in stock for another couple months. I had been pain stakingly working on a complete room renovation to convert it into my home gym. I had just completed this one year project only to find out the light at the end of the tunnel just got further. I was devastated and deflated. I started calling whoever I could to see if any stock existed elsewhere. That's where Barry comes in. Barry is that guy. Barry the kind of guy that walks old lady's across the street while holding their hand. He's the doctor on the airplane. He's the guy your wife had an afair with but the only reason you're mad is cause he chose her and not you. Anyways where was I? He was telling me over the phone why Force USA suddenly ran out of stock and a whole bunch of other info about the rack that I found nowhere in my personal 20 or so hours of research on this specific model. I could tell he seriously knew his stuff and then some. He said his store just sold the last FTR a week ago and they're completely out of stock, I think on the entire East Coast. However.... He notified me that he has a floor model that he had just built last week, practically brand new. I said Barry say no more, I'll see you in one hour. I drive straight over. Upon walking in a see a man walk down the staircase. I say "Barry?", then he says in the tone of an old friend he hasn't seen since college, "Kyle!". We walk over to the rack and he starts spitting his game. He's making sure the rack was going to fit in my room, telling me about specific features, and other important considerations. I said Barry I appreciate your thoroughness but at this point I know everything there is about this rack, I just need you to tell me how much it is. He crunches his numbers and gets back to me a few minutes later and hands me a sticky note. I look down at it, then back at Barry, and I said please take my money right now. I honestly couldn't have had a better experience. Everything went so perfectly I took a 50 out and tried to tip him, but he wouldn't take it. He said just leave me a review, that's all I ask. Between the customer service, the extensive knowledge, and the non marked up prices. I said Barry if I need anything else and your store has it, I'll only be buying from you. 11/10 stars, was going to make it 12/10 but now my wife keeps stopping by johnson fitness after work and I'm stuck eating tv dinners.

I went to the Johnson Fitness store at Tyson last week to look for an upright bike. The sales rep Luis Cabrera was very friendly and patiently explained to me all the features of the different models of the bike and helped me select the right bike for me. I will highly recommend this store.
