I recently purchased an E50 Matrix Elliptical and I am thrilled with its performance! Operation is smooth, movement is natural and the handles provide for a variety of comfortable options. Great design and implementation. The console is gorgeous, picture is crisp and sharp. The compact size of the E50 makes for easy placement in limited space while providing full size performance. Paired with the Virtual Active or iFit options I actually look forward to my daily workouts in such places as numerous Pacific islands, South America, European, Asian, Canadian, African sites and many parts of the U.S.A. Truely a motivating way to build or enhance fitness. When my review is completed, I am going back to my E50, the iFit trainer and the beaches of French Polynesia. Or maybe I'll trek through the Italian Alps, the streets of Paris and the Riveria with Virtual Active. Well done Matrix! This elliptical will NOT sit and gather dust! I would also want to mention that Madison Johnson Fitness staff have been extremely helpful in providing after-purchase assistance when needed. They even return phone calls and emails! Not at all what I experienced from competitors products and "support". Spent 5 hours over two days on hold in attempt to get technical support from competitor's help line. Not cool!
